At MyGemSet, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted for purchases made on https://mygemset.com.


Return Period – All Customers

All customers, including those in the EU and worldwide, have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving a product to request a return without giving any reason.

  • The period starts from the date you receive the product.
  • The seller must refund the price of the product and the initial shipping costs (where applicable).

Exceptions:

  • Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition as received, including original sealed packaging
  • Be returned with original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are natural gemstones, returns will not be accepted for unsealed products (for hygiene reasons).

Each gemstone is unique and may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, monitor differences, and natural properties.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect
  • Significantly different from the product description

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer:

  • A full refund to the original payment method

We do not provide replacements for personal preference or change of mind.


How to Request a Return

Contact Support by email at: support@mygemset.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Return Instructions:
If your request is approved, we will send instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the error is our responsibility (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For other approved returns (right of withdrawal), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
  • Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process refunds

Exchanges / Product Replacements

  • We do not accept exchanges or replacements for personal preference or change of mind.
  • If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank

Inspect Your Order

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
